Any attempt to falsify documents, bribe staff, use bots, or manipulate the system will lead to immediate disqualification and blacklisting. No staff member can influence results.
6.2 Verification and Disqualification
All winners are subject to eligibility verification. False information leads to disqualification and forfeiture of prize. EduScholar may request additional documentation to verify eligibility.
6.3 Notification and Claim
Winners must confirm acceptance and provide payout details within 7 days. Failure to respond results in forfeiture and re-draw. For entries submitted by parents/guardians, funds are disbursed to the student’s verified bank account.

Data is used only for eligibility verification, draw administration, and winner notification, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. By participating, you consent to public display of your name, photo, and school if selected. See our Privacy Policy.

EduScholar is not liable for technical issues or delays outside our control. Disputes are handled through the in-app support system. Decisions after investigation are final.
